Hey to cut and mix songs I use the windows movie maker. That is used for editing movies and video clips etc but I used it to edit my music. You can cut songs, make it shorter, fade it in and out, put different music together, etc you can add effects to it. Jus make sure you upload the music only not the vidoes. Then jus save it afterwards and there you get ur result. Jus try it out and play with it. Hope that helps!
