I spent an entire evening watching videos of similar events in Turkey, Russia, Ireland, England, and numerous other countries. Your comment is a snap judgment based on prejudice and ignorance. Also, your analysis of the events in the video being the result of stupidity fails to consider the many other more plausible contributing factors.

They have to be on a hill in order for the cars to continue to slide after they have already hit something. Then again maybe the drivers are too stupid to realize that they can’t get any traction.

you have to pay for tires anwyay… winter tires are no added expense after you have them on wheels… you wear out your summer tires in the summer, and your winter tires in the winter…. they don’t cost twice as much in tire cost just becuase you have to buy two sets…
