its supposed to show women the effects of extreme dieting, but the documentary can actually have reverse effects. women may watch this and actually get tips and inspiration from it.

You have a degree huh? Well well, that clearly makes you the last bastion of knowledge and intelligence. Darling, I have a Masters Degree and will start working towards my PHD, soon. Well, hopefully. I’ve been training and bodybuilding for just over eight years. In that time I’ve learned more about nutrition, body types, fat loss, diets, etc, more than you will find in some dusty textbook. Get off your degree horse, they mean shit. Just a fool will bring the ‘degree’ argument up in a debate.

i have an eating disorder… all i eat is fruit and sometimes salad… i get so hungry but my mind feals numb and i block the hunger out of their.. i have self harmed when fealing sad.. but im not anorexic thin.. im 140 pounds which i think is 10 stone.. im determined to get to a size 2..
