First off that bike rider is too close to the car in front. Secondly he just took out of his lane really quickly and basically jumped into the drivers blind spot.
The car driver popped out of his lane also too quickly without checking properly. It’s both their stupid fault.
As a motorcyclist you don’t want to admit it, but it’s not only the car’s fault. Especially on two wheels you have to be cautious and expect other road users to do mistakes. If there are cars going slow for no obvious reason, expect at least one of them to overtake as soon as it’s possible (which is after the turn in this case). It’s a common situation and it could’ve been avoided by thinking ahead.
na pewno nie ciota. Błędy były po obu stronach. Wg przepisów motocyklista miał pierwszeństwo, ale zabrakło mu duuużo wyobraźni. Kierowca miał go prawdopodobnie w ślepym punkcie w lusterku. Sam jeżdże moto i z wyobraźnią tego człowieka na pewno nie pisałbym tego komenta.
normal – when I see a vehicle moving in the way that seat’s driver was (it’s obvious that he is on a teil and it’s going to pass another vehicle), then I have less confidence. For all motobikers I recommend the book of David L. Hough titled “Proficient Motorcycling”.
wow you arent too smart eh.. When you change lanes you MUST check your mirrors.. Signal, then pass.. The Car Diddnt do One of thoes.. If she had, then this would of not happened.. What a dumb bi*ch
The vehicles in front of you always have the right of way. It is your responsibility to control your own vehicle. The rider of the motorcycle was the dumb fuck here.
As a rider I would love to always blame the car but this guy was riding far from responsibly – you can’t ride a bumper like that and then pass so close on the left side. He had nowhere to go when shit went down. Number one rule: always leave yourself a way out.
Plus (and admittedly I’m making assumptions) why did he have the camera? I have to assume if he was filming himself he probably wanted to look badass in the vid, hence not riding smart. Which is…well…not smart!
er… i used to ride motorbikes alot actually and if you think the way the biker is riding is sensible then your the stupid fuck, besides why am i arguing with some loser on the internet about my opinion get a life you cunt
you obviously have never rode a bike you stupid fuck. the bike went to pass dont even try to say the stupid fuck in the car didnt hear or seem him it was obvious that the guy in the car did it on purpose trying to be a bad ass ” oh look im so bad ass i mad a bike crash” both of you of fucking idiots
not being funny but all these look out for bikes adverts when most of the accidents happen like this kissing his bumper when the car is obviously gonna overtake its the bikers that need to be more careful aswell as drivers besides whos gonaa come off worse 9 times outta 10? goes without saying dont it
Every biker that has a crouch rocket drives like an idiot. Thats a fact. They’re always addicted to speed. They surely don’t get them to cruise. Its always “Stupid drivers…”

shame about the accident, hope the rider is ok. But can it be honestly stated tat the rider didn’t bear any responsibility for the wreck?
