No sir, second island there is a big hanger and you walk to it, the door will open and you can enter the Andromeda, it only works sometimes but they’re fun as hell to fly. try it out, look it up and try to get some info on how to get it.

your stupid, swat, how get him ?? hmm on pc get in swat tank on last mision, cheat ripazha you fly land in water in front of stadium in los santos, or enywhere on sandi beatch, but in water, and then you wait to sink to the botom, then drive to beatch, and than you mast get out and than in swat and you have him!! and your stupid, recording this in night, where no lights… clever!!

i know all of them but you forgot to list about 10 cheats to get the ones none of you know about because i edited my game s i can do what ever i even built my own house

I think the unknown vehicle was that trailer for the tractor, not the tractor itself
Anyway, it is possible to get the Andromada in the LV hangar (think you need Ace pilot lvl or something). And that armored swat truck is in the last mission too.

You cant get the andromeda. it isnt in the game, you can only get it by cheats, mods, trainers etc.
